About This Camp
Music is evolving—and now your teen can be part of the next wave. In the Drop The Beat: AI Music Camp, students will dive into the world of artificial intelligence and music production. Whether they dream of becoming a music producer, songwriter, or digital creator, this camp gives them the perfect launchpad.
Campers will start by learning how AI understands sound and patterns. They’ll explore how to turn ideas into full songs—complete with lyrics, melody, and vocals—while mastering the creative process behind digital music production. As the week progresses, they’ll experiment with remixing styles, layering beats, and building unique soundtracks that reflect their voice and creativity.
By the end of the camp, students will have produced and shared their original song in a final listening party. More than just fun, this experience builds 21st-century creative skills—combining critical thinking, digital fluency, and artistic expression in a future-facing format.

Course Format
This course is part of a weeklong in-person summer camp running Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Campers will collaborate in small groups and receive hands-on instruction from engaging, experienced educators. Each day blends interactive lessons, creative project time, and opportunities to share and showcase their work.
Sample Schedule
Mon AI Song Generator
Learn how to turn simple ideas into music using an AI tool. Create your first short song by typing in “genre + mood.”
Tue Song Building
Add lyrics and choose song parts (verse & chorus). Experiment with speed and feeling to make your song sound just right.
Wed Online Music Studio
Step into a web-based recording studio: add drum beats, drag in music loops, and record a melody or sound of your own.
Thu Mix & Polish
Record your voice or sounds, then learn to balance volume, position tracks left/right, and add effects like echo or brightness.
Fri Final Project & Party
Combine your AI-generated track and studio edits, export a finished song file, then share and celebrate at our Listening Party!
